Any person firm, or corporation who is properly licensed to engage in the mechanical contracting industry in the State of Alaska and any organized municipality thereof who is:

​​Signatory to the Labor Agreement between the Mechanical Contractors of Fairbanks, Inc., and Local 375 of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada.

In lieu of item (1) signatory to a labor agreement with Local 375 of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada.

Hires employees through Local 375 and makes contributions on behalf of those employees, under (1) or (2) for three year rolling average of 4,000 Man-Hours.
Any person, firm, or corporation who is properly licensed to engage in the mechanical contracting industry in the State of Alaska and who is not signatory to a Labor Agreement as defined above, and also any person, firm, or corporation which serves the mechanical contracting industry either as a supplier, material man, consultant, engineer, or in any other way benefits the mechanical contracting industry in the furtherance of the purposes set forth in those articles.
